The Afterschool Program Supervisor is a key support staff member responsible for assisting in the daily coordination and supervision of afterschool activities. Working under the guidance of school leadership, the supervisor ensures that students are safe, engaged, and supported in a bilingual learning environment. This role involves hands-on support with students, collaboration with activity providers.
Requisitos
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. - Experience working with children in a school, camp, or after-school setting. - Team player with a positive, flexible attitude. - Ability to follow established routines and respond to student needs calmly and professionally. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
