CORPORATE ATTORNEY & PUNTA CANA BRANCH MANAGER — Punta Cana, La Altagracia

Lead the operations and business development of Punta Cana's office while providing corporate and legal advisory services to local and international clients. This position combines corporate legal practice, office management, client relationship management and business development. The successful candidate must have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to represent the firm before investors, entrepreneurs, developers, strategic partners and other members of the Punta Cana business community. Key Responsibilities +++Corporate & Legal Services - Advise local and foreign clients on corporate and commercial matters in the Dominican Republic. - Assist with company incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder matters, corporate governance and ongoing corporate compliance. - Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documentation. - Coordinate legal due diligence processes, particularly for corporate and investment transactions. - Provide initial guidance to foreign investors regarding establishing and conducting business in the Dominican Republic. - Identify matters requiring specialized legal expertise and coordinate them with the appropriate Contadom practice area. - Coordinate corporate, immigration, regulatory and real-estate-related matters with the Santo Domingo legal team. +++Branch Management - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Punta Cana office. - Supervise local personnel and coordinate services provided by the Santo Domingo office. - Ensure compliance with Contadom's service standards, internal procedures and corporate culture. - Monitor client matters, deadlines and service delivery. - Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the branch's commercial and operational objectives. - Report periodically to Executive Management on performance, opportunities and relevant developments in the Punta Cana market. +++Business Development & Strategic Partnerships -Develop relationships with potential strategic partners, including real estate brokers, developers, banks, hotels, property managers, construction companies, business associations and professional service providers. - Proactively identify business opportunities in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana and the Eastern Region. - Conduct meetings with potential clients and strategic partners. - Represent Contadom and DR Investment Desk at business events, conferences, networking activities and institutional meetings. - Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of potential clients and referral partners. - Work with the firm's marketing and business development teams on local campaigns and events. - Identify cross-selling opportunities across Legal, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Immigration and other Contadom services.

Requisitos

- Law degree and authorization to practice law in the Dominican Republic. - Minimum 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, foreign investment or real estate law. - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 or equivalent preferred). - Ability to independently conduct client meetings and negotiations in English. - Strong understanding of Dominican corporate and commercial law. - Previous experience advising foreign companies or investors strongly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and networking skills. - Commercial orientation and demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and leadership capabilities. - Professional presence appropriate for interaction with executives, investors and international clients. - Residence in Punta Cana or willingness to relocate.
