We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, and innovative educator to become the founding Lead Elementary Teacher of our Personalized MicroSchool. This is not a traditional classroom teaching position. We are looking for someone who believes that education should adapt to each child—not the other way around. The ideal candidate will create meaningful learning experiences in English while supporting the academic, social-emotional, and executive functioning development of young learners in a small-group, personalized educational setting.

Requisitos

Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Fluent English (spoken and written). Experience teaching children ages 5–8. Excellent classroom management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Experience in inquiry-based learning. Experience with project-based learning. Knowledge of differentiated instruction. Experience working with neurodiverse learners. Understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
