MECS is a private, bilingual Christian school that promotes an ethical environment with the objective of developing an integral education, developing sensitive human beings with leadership capacity, capable of knowing and loving themselves as children of God. MECS is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). This is a full time teaching position at MECS. We are looking for English teachers to teach at our different levels. Applicants should be knowledgeable, experienced, creative, self-motivated, team oriented, flexible, exhibit leadership, integrity, and the Christian values promoted by the institution. Furthermore, applicants should be willing to grow and develop both as a professional and as an individual. To learn more about MECS, find us on the web at http://mecs.edu.do/ QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Education For high school, a bachelor’s degree in the subject to be taught and a teaching qualification. Teaching experience DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver instruction from a biblical worldview Use varied teaching strategies that promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration Assess student learning and use results to differentiate instruction Integrate the use of technologies and varied resources to enrich the lesson Manage student discipline positively Comply with other duties established in the Staff Handbook and other resources Apply by submitting the following documents via email to humanresources@mielschool.edu.do or through our homepage by clicking “Work with us”. Requisitos

Licenciatura en Educación Preferible: Título en área técnica correspondiente, más 20 créditos en educación. Estudios en Especialización a nivel de post-grado en educación Maestría en Educación o afines 2 o 3 años de experiencia en Inglés
