Company: DMV Renovation LLC Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Full-time, U.S. Eastern Time DMV Renovation LLC is seeking a bilingual Architectural Designer to support residential renovation and construction projects in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Main Responsibilities Prepare existing-condition, demolition, and proposed architectural plans. Create floor plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and construction details. Review field measurements, photos, and project scopes. Prepare and submit building permit applications. Track permit status and respond to reviewer comments and corrections. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP professionals, project managers, and government agencies. Request and compare material quotes. Prepare approved purchase orders and coordinate orders, deliveries, changes, and returns. Maintain organized project files and update Buildertrend and other company platforms. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members in English and Spanish. Experience with U.S. building codes, permitting in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC, Buildertrend, and construction-material suppliers is strongly preferred. Requisitos

Requirements Education or experience in architecture, drafting, civil engineering, or construction. Experience preparing residential construction or remodeling plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp experience is preferred. Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Experience with construction permits and procurement. Fluent English and Spanish, with strong professional English writing skills. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace. Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
